Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeby Lassen strives to ship purchased products as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days after registration of purchase and payment if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock or produced on order, longer delivery time is expected. Expected delivery date is always available on the product page. Stock items ordered on a weekday before 11.00 are often shipped on the same day. You should expect additional delivery time from GLS/UPS, whose services we use to deliver our products. by Lassen cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of GLS/UPS
Cost of deliveryWithin Europe shipping is free if you spend over EUR 1000 on bylassen.com. For purchases below the amount of EUR 1000, a shipping fee of EUR 15 is applied. See prices below. All items are shipped through GLS or UPS and sent as an insured package.
A fee of EUR 50 is applied to all orders outside of EU.
100-day return policy
At by Lassen you always have a 100-day right of return policy from the day you receive the item as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. When by Lassen has accepted the return, we will transfer your refund or exchange the product as you prefer. The purchase amount will be repaid in the same form of payment used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No charge will be applied in connection with repayment.
The following criteria must be met in order for the product to be returned:
1. To use your right of withdrawal, by Lassen must be informed within 14 days after the day you received your goods of your decision to withdraw your purchase. This must be a written statement – e.g. by letter or e-mail (before the deadline).
2. The return form can be sent along with the goods. Download the form here. (Not mandatory)
3.Send the product(s) to:

It costs approx. between DKK 500 – 800, depending on the place of dispatch and product. The price is an estimate and is based on returns from Denmark.
Please note!by Lassen does not pay the postage or packaging costs of returning the goods. by Lassen is not responsible for the package until it has been received. We therefore recommend that you send the product with registered mail and insurance.
If, upon receipt of your goods, you discover a defect in the product, or if by Lassen has made an error in the shipment of your product(s), please contact us immediately at email@example.com
When the claim has been approved, by Lassen will credit you for your shipping costs (max. EUR 10 / DKK 75).
by Lassen reserve the right to withhold repayment until we receive the returned goods, or until we have received documentation that the goods have been shipped to us, whichever is earliest.
by Lassen reserves the right to assess the depreciation of the goods, if the goods in question have been used.
Claims and warrantyAll products purchased on bylassen.com are covered by the Sale of Goods Act two-year warranty, which means you can submit a claim about a product defect up to 2 years after the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, wear and tear or lack of maintenance.
At by Lassen you can pay for your purchase with Visa/Dancard, Visa Electron, Mastercard. All amounts are incl. 25% Danish VAT and are in Euro or Danish kroner. The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the products have been shipped from our warehouse.
The payment between the cardholder and by Lassen is made via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that it is safe to shop with by Lassen. PBS handles your payment information, and by Lassen or other external parties have no access to your data. Your personal data such as name, shipping address, etc. are treated as 100% confidential, and we therefore guarantee that no one other than by Lassen has access to them.
