By Lassen founder and designer, Søren Lassen, share Mogens Lassen’s devotion of mathematical equations, graphic lines and a minimalist style and enjoy when the stringent, square profiles meets the rounded curves. He further takes the love of solid Danish craft to heart, and in fact runs the factory in Holstebro, which has produced the collection since the early 1990s, in order to maintain the quality of its reputation.

The new Kubus Bowl Centerpieces comes in a small and a large version, and are obviously reminiscent in shape of Kubus Bowl, but lower in design. With a hemisphere shaped bowl placed in the square cube, it calls for embellished flower decorations, fruit or food on the dinner table.

Søren Lassen designed the perfect present, namely a miniature version of the coveted Kubus Bowl, which, with its only 7 cm is ideal for salt and pepper, jewellery or smaller plants.

Although The Tired Man by Flemming Lassen was originally designed for the Cabinetmakers Guild Exhibition in 1935, it still moves effortlessly in the field between the modern and the timeless. The furry, curvy and voluminous form is now re-launched in, respectively, a stunning dark espresso-coloured sheepskin
Lassen Chair

Lassen Chair

Heavily inspired by an old, found drawing by architect Flemming Lassen, the Lassen Chair was interpreted by the two young designers Magnus Sangild and Marianne Viktor. Years of sketching, developing and rendering turned into Lassen Chair, thus bringing the forgotten chair into the light. And the timing seemed just right for today’s style.
